Patina colorations are influenced by the makeup of the copper material, temperature, humidity, sunlight exposure and the patina accelerant solution. It’s the combination of these variables that ultimately dictates the product's final color and tone. This guarantees you always receive an original unique item. Please note each piece of copper produces a patina differently. No two copper items ever turn out exactly the same. 
Most colors can be cut or bent without causing distortion to the finished look. Some oxidize so much that we have to apply a clear coating to keep the color on the copper. These colors are harder, but not impossible, to cut and bend as well. Any color can have a clear coat applied to lock in the look desired with little or no change. We even have an exterior clear coat available that stands up to the harsh elements of the outdoors. All clear coatings are available in Satin, Semi-gloss and Gloss. All sheets are coated with a clear wax to protect the finished product.
All pre-patina copper sheets are shipped on a flat pallet with all surfaces covered to ensure safe delivery.
